This policy explains how 1WAYBET.IO uses cookies and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage, which ones are essential, which ones need your consent, and how to change your choice. It applies to 1waybet.io and its pages, including /play, /buy and /mindful.

1WAYBET.IO is operated by 1WAYBET LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16406669). For any question about this policy or your data, email legal@1waybet.io.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Local storage does the same job in a different place. Both let a site remember something between pages or visits. The law (the UK's PECR and the EU's ePrivacy rules, together with the UK and EU GDPR) treats them the same way: storage that is strictly necessary for a service you asked for may be used without consent; everything else needs your consent first.
Essential (always on)
These make the site work and keep you safe. They are stored only in your browser, except the Ghost mode lock described below.

Preferences and referrals (only with your consent)
If you choose "Reject all", none of these are kept on your device: the site still works, but forgets them when you leave the page.

Analytics and advertising
We don't use any. There are no analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking pixels on 1WAYBET.IO, and we don't sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Services your browser contacts
To show live data, your browser fetches it directly from these providers. They don't set cookies through our pages, but like any website they receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser asks them for data:
- ESPN: scores, fixtures and sports news.
- CoinGecko, Jupiter and Coinbase: token prices.
- Solana and other blockchain network providers (Helius, PublicNode and the public Solana endpoint): balances, bets and transactions. Anything you do on a blockchain is public by design.
- WalletConnect / Reown: only on /buy, to list wallets and connect a mobile wallet if you choose WalletConnect. The usage reports this wallet library would normally send to Reown are blocked.
Links to Telegram, X, Instagram and app stores take you to those services, which have their own policies.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Reject all" and don't show the banner.
Changing your choice
- Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or the button at the top of this policy. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and removes the preference storage straight away.
- You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you do, we'll ask for your choice again, and your 18+ confirmation and wallet connection will be forgotten too.
- We ask again after 12 months, or if this policy changes in a way that needs a new choice.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Email legal@1waybet.io. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use cookies, we'll update this page and its date. If a change needs your consent, we'll ask again before it applies to you.
